In the Company of Others understands and promotes the power of relationships within organizations and the larger community in support of social justice issues.
We strengthen the effectiveness of social justice work in organizations, teams, and individuals using a framework that encompasses mindfulness, kindness, a Culture of Gentleness and the honouring each persons’ gifts and capacities.
Our primary focus is to foster the development of organizational and personal skills that promote leadership, growth, and change. We employ customized curriculum that is easily accessible and results in strong teams with authentic person-centered practices and planning.
